The NSF/ ServSafe Tip’s and HACCP Manager Certification Training course will take approximately 8/16 hours or less. Lessons delivered in short videos and exercises allow for practice. "Apply Your Knowledge" exercises concluding each of the major sections provide virtual environments where users identify food safety problems based on what they've learned. Completed lessons may be reviewed at any time. Through the final Post-Test, users assess their knowledge and identify topics that need further review.
