Hi, I have been in the 5 star hotel industry since 10 years in the customer service field. I have gone through all positions from a Receptionist to a Duty Manager and looking for an opening in the US or any other location. My strong points are, that i have been part of three 5 star hotels from the pre-opening stages and well versed with hospitality software like Fidelio, Opera, Micros POS Systems etc. I have strong leadership qualities, Managerial Skills, Training Skils.
