AG Custom Hospitality is extremely excited to announce the successful launch and implementation of the Prestige Hotels and Resorts Service Connection Program.
The customized program creates a complete training solution incorporating onsite training, online learning, audio components and continued quality assurance. The program can be fully customized and includes service, team, communication, sales and critical guest dispute and resolution modules.
