MY PAST LIFE Martial Artist and Master Instructor. A LONG TIME AGO....I was a former member of the USAF Pararescue Teams. I learned more about team development and human will than any PH.D program could ever teach. I also learned that Winston Churchill was right, "When you are going through hell. Keep going!" I graduated with a Masters from the School of Hard Knocks when I owned, designed and operated two original concept restaurants. Those lessons I learned has lead me to my current path of helping other restauranteurs get out of the mess I found myself in when my first restaurant started off on rocky ground. I've truly been there! NOT SO LONG AGO....I was recruited by Wolfgang Puck to assist him in expanding his catering division across the nation. I've cooked and worked with the very best.
